At The Lab Perfumes, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care taken in our packaging and shipping process. However, if an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we are here to help. Please read our policy below:
No Returns or Exchanges Unless Damaged in Transit
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item is damaged during shipping, AND
- You provide clear proof of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How to Report a Damaged Item
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take Photos Immediately:
- A photo of the damaged product.
- A photo of the shipping box, including the label.
- A close-up of the area with the visible damage.
- Email Us Within 48 Hours:
- Send the photos along with your order number to:

- Wait for Our Review:
- Once we receive your email and proof, our team will review your claim.
- If the damage is verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Conditions Not Covered
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect orders made by the customer.
- Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Opened or used products.
Final Sale Policy
All items are considered final sale unless proven to be damaged upon delivery.
